Appearance: Dark Amber
Nose: Toffee Apples, freshly baked apple and berry tart, plum compote, almond brittle and warming autumnal spices.
Palate: Thick and syrupy, cacao nibs, stewed orchard fruits and vanilla custard develop into warm apple tatin, spiced with cinnamon and clove, and a rich caramel glaze.
Finish: Long, lingering and warming, dried dates, chocolate figs, red apple skins and café mocha give way to sweet rolling tobacco, vintage leather and cedarwood tones, over crystallised ginger, white pepper and seasonal nutmeg.
